Specification:

MQ-D3 type semiconductor alcohol gas sensor is mainly used for alcohol on leak detection, monitoring, alarm and intelligent gas leak alarm system; Its use advanced flat production process, from the heater and micro- Al2O3 forming a metal oxide semiconductor material constituting the ceramic substrate , with the electrode wire leads, encapsulated in a metal tube housing, cap .
